Torrid is committed to providing exceptional customer service to both its customers and associates. Effective communication is prioritized through an open office environment and regular meetings to keep HQ associates informed. Additionally, district meetings are held twice a year to keep field associates up to date.
Our mission at Torrid extends far beyond clothing. We are committed to making a positive impact in our communities through the Torrid Foundation by partnering with and supporting non-profit organizations dedicated to women's empowerment and life-changing initiatives. Furthermore, Torrid HQ actively participates in initiatives such as an annual Backpack Drive and Holiday Adopt-a-Family program, aiming to assist those in need in their local communities. The Torrid Foundation is dedicated to supporting and uplifting women through various initiatives.

Torrid Foundation is a component fund of the California Community Foundation, a 501c3 public charity. Contributions to the Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
