Distribution Center Openings

Our distribution facility is located in West Jefferson, Ohio. This facility supports all retail stores and E-commerce order processing for Torrid customers. It also houses various departments including Vendor Relations, Quality Control, Transportation, Engineering, IT Human Resources, and Loss Prevention to support all logistics operations.
